Tenant and Rodent Complaint Procedures


1. Make certain you have the following:

  • The name of the owner or agent

  • A telephone number for the owner or agent

  • The address of the complaint location

  • Your name and telephone number (so that an inspector can contact you)

A detailed description of the complaint
