  • Completed Application

  • License fee
     

  • New Hotel, Rehab, or Rooming house requirement

- Site plan (plans must include designated parking spaces for the roomers)
 

  • Closing-out-sale requirement

- A list of merchandise/ inventory (inventory must state what you initially started with and what you are currently trying to sell)
