Traveling North on Interstate 91 (From
Wethersfield):
Take exit 32B Trumbull Street left exit from
I-91. At the end of the ramp turn left at the light onto Market
Street. Continue straight, under the
highway, through two lights crossing over
North and South Morgan Streets. At the third
light, take a left onto Talcott Street. The
Morgan Street Garage is on the left side.
Public parking is available here. In the
middle of the bloc, take a left onto
Connector street to enter to the garage.
Walk back to Talcott Street; 250
Constitution Plaza is directly across the
street from the garage. There is a sign on
the façade that says 250 Constitution Plaza
Parking Garage Lobby. Enter the lobby and
take the elevator up to 4th floor.
Traveling South on Interstate 91 (From
Windsor):
Take exit 32B/Trumbull Street/right exit
from I-91. At the end of the ramp turn left at the light onto Market
Street. Continue straight, under the

Hartford):
Take exit 50/Main Street/right exit from
I-84. Go straight through the light at
the end of the ramp,
crossing over Trumbull Street. You are on
South Morgan Street. Stay in the middle
lane. At the next light go straight,
crossing over Main Street. Stay in the right
lane. At the bottom of the hill turn right
at the light onto Market Street. To access
public parking, turn left at the first light
onto Talcott Street. In
the middle of the block, take a left onto
Connector Street to enter the garage. Walk
back to Talcott Street. 250 Constitution
Plaza is directly across the street from the

Hartford):
Take Exit 54/Downtown Hartford/ left exit
from I-84. Stay in the right lane. Go
straight, through the first light onto State
Street, crossing over Columbus Boulevard. At
the next light take a right onto Market
Street. Go straight through the first two
lights (Kinsley and Temple Street). At the
third light turn right onto Talcott
Street. The Morgan Street Garage (public
parking) is on the
left.
