Neighborhood Planning

The Planning Division supports neighborhood revitalization committees, community groups, business associations, and civic associations in all of Hartford's seventeen neighborhoods.  Planning creates reports  plans, maps, and documents that address the distinct needs of each neighborhood. Staff are also available to address planning issues at the meetings of neighborhood groups.  Any group that desires Planning input at a particular meeting, or assistance on a particular issue, should contact its designated liaison.
