Hartford Redevelopment Agency

The HEDC is also the administrative arm of the Hartford Redevelopment Agency (HRA). Seven of the 11 members of the HEDC also serve as HRA commissioners, which sits as a board of directors, meets monthly and oversees HRA work in the same fashion as the HEDC. The HRA manages 21 Redevelopment Plans in the City under authority granted by Conn. Gen. Stat. §130.
