Goals FY 2007-2008

Hotel Inspection Ordinance – write ordinance to delineate from rooming house inspections currently specified in the Municipal Code.

Continue to enforce all established financial resolutions and ordinances

Assist all departments in the administration of decentralized revenue collection

Analyze and monitor receipt of all revenue sources  (leases, payments In lieu of taxes, state aid, etc.)

Continue to identify new and innovative opportunities for increased revenue

Write the Revenue Sections of the FY08-09 recommended and adopted budget books

Continue to review current departmental procedures for billing and collections

Revisit our internal policies and procedures to coincide with the implementation of MUNIS Financial System that will replace the current Smartstream Financial System.
