Councilpersons James M. Boucher, Elizabeth Horton Sheff, Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr., Robert L. Painter and Pedro E. Segarra will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 P.M., Monday, December 18, 2006.  

1.             Resolution de Granting initial approval of a disposition agreement with Plaza Mayor, LLC for the northwest and southwest corners of Park and Main Streets in the Main-John-Hudson Street Project.

2.             Ordinance making appropriations for various public improvements aggregating funds and authorizing the issuance of $2,350,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriations and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($2,350,000). 

3.             Ordinance concerning appropriation in the Capital Improvement Fund for five LoCIP Projects. ($1,975,000).  

4.             Ordinance amending Chapter 2A, Article I, General Provisions and Article II, Rights and Benefits of Code de Pension.
