Councilpersons Pedro E. Segarra, Calixto Torres, rJo Winch, Veronica Airey-Wilson and James M. Boucher will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 P.M., Monday, July 21, 2008.

 

1.                  Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the Temple of Prayer and Worship for City-owned vacant lot located at 175 Mather street.

 

2.                  Resolution de Authorization to lease to the Hartford Municipal Employee's Federal Credit Union the property located at 521 Main Street.

 

3.                  Ordinance amending Chapter 9, Article I, Section 9-18 of Code de Accessibility to ownership information.

 

4.                  Ordinance authorizing the execution and delivery of interest rate agreement on outstanding General Obligation Bonds of the City.

 

5.                  Ordinance concerning a supplemental appropriation in the Capital Improvement Fund for improvements to the Kelvin Anderson/Parker Memorial Center.

 

6.                  Ordinance amending Chapter 2a, Article I, Section 2a-5(10)(d) of Code de Definitions. (HMEA employees).

 

7.                  Ordinance amending Chapter 2a, Article II, Section 2a-28 of Code de HMEA provisions.

 

8.                  Ordinance amending Chapter 22, Article III of Code de Definitions. (Pocket Bikes, Mini Bikes, Mini Cycles, Mini Sport Bikes, Mini Motorcycles, Mini Dirt Bikes, Chopper Scooters, Motor Scooters and Bicycles with Helper Motors).

 

9.                   Ordinance concerning the City's policy of Providence of City services as it relates to residents' immigration status.
