Constituent Services

 

 

The Office of Constituent Services was created by Mayor Eddie A. Perez as a division of the Office of the Mayor as part of the transition to the new form of Hartford’s government. 

MISSION:

  • To monitor, quantify and track the delivery of services to the residents of Hartford and ensure that residents receive timely and appropriate responses
  • To facilitate communication between residents of Hartford and City Hall
  • To interact with the community in order to disseminate information regarding the Mayor’s programs and initiatives, and to determine how to best meet the needs of the various community groups

Community Liaisons are active and engaged with community groups in the different geographic areas of the city.  They attend group meetings, familiarize themselves with the various neighborhoods and their needs, and reach out to community leaders.  They are pro-active in taking the pulse of the city and quickly respond to any urgent areas of concern.
