Carlos Rivera is the Director
of the Hartford Health and Human
Services Department for the City of
Hartford, CT. He oversees
seven
major divisions, a staff of 480+
employees and a budget of over 25
million dollars. The department
provides services to over 75,000
residents throughout the city
annually through its 77 sites and
over 230 contractors. The department
is comprised of the following
divisions: Senior
Services, Disease Prevention and
Health Promotion, Community Services, Environmental Health, Maternal and Child
Health, Recreation Services and
Administrative Services.
