Dial A Ride Division
A Ride is intended to be a convenient service for seniors allowing them to safely and reliably travel throughout the City whenever other means aren't available or suitable. The following information is presented so seniors can take advantage of these travel opportunities.
Rules explain many of the policies and procedures of Hartford Dial A Ride such as expecting the arrival of the bus, canceling a trip, driver assistance, and courteous passenger behavior.
Operating Hours explain the typical hours of operation each day and a list of holidays when service is not available.
Grocery Shuttles describes the various grocery shopping trips that operate during the week.
Reservations explains how to call and make a reservation, and the type of trips allowed.
