Hartford Dial A Ride is committed to offering service that is friendly, reliable, helpful and that above all meets the needs and expectations of Hartford Seniors.  Each month Dial A Ride receives customer satisfaction surveys containing the opinions of seniors as they evaluate the quality of Dial A Ride.  We have set an annual goal for ourselves in terms of customer satisfaction.  75% of all surveys will indicate riders believe Dial A Ride provides a service that is Excellent, Very Good, or Good.  For detailed information about the survey click on Survey Results.

Hartford Dial A Ride seeks the input of the seniors we serve.  Once a month a special advisory committee meets with our staff to discuss the latest issues and concerns of seniors.  For more information about the committee and meeting dates click on Advisory.
