$25.16  per each additional thousand of cost
 or fraction thereof

If cost = $200  Permit Fee = $25.16

 If cost = $1400  Permit Fee = $50.32

 If cost = $5000  Permit Fee = $125.80

 If cost = $5001  Permit Fee = $150.96
