SEXUAL ASSAULT SUSPECT
WANTED BY HARTFORD POLICE

(Hartford) - Detectives of the Hartford Police Department Juvenile Investigative Division have secured an arrest warrant for Walcott Manasseh, DOB 11/17/1985, of 66 Lebanon Street, Hartford.

Described as a black male, approximately 5'8", black hair and brown eyes, 150lbs, Manasseh is wanted for the sexual assault of a 14 year old female on August 31, 2004.  Manasseh is facing charges of felony sexual assault in the first degree, sexual assault in the second degree and risk of injury to a minor.
