TRINITY STREET REOPENED TO SOUTH BOUND TRAFFIC.

(Hartford) - The City of Hartford Police and Public Works Departments have announced the reopening  of  Trinity Street to southbound traffic, between Elm and Jewell, Ford and Pearl Streets (under the Veterans Memorial Arch).
