Hartford Police Seek Suspect in People's Bank Robbery.

(Hartford) - On Monday, July 24, 2006, at approximately 2:45 p.m., a lone individual (see photo below) entered the People's Bank at 290 Franklin Avenue, Hartford, passed a note to the teller and robbed the bank of an indeterminate amount of U.S. Currency.  No one was injured and no weapon was shown during the robbery. 

The photo below is of the robbery suspect wearing a baseball cap with a "B" logo, black shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers.

Hartford Police ask anyone with information about this incident or suspect to contact Hartford Police Department Major Crimes Detective Omayra Martinez at (860) 527-7300, extension 5263, or contact the HPD's confidential tip hotline, (860) 527-TIPS.
