NEWS RELEASE Arthur Stanley Wanted by Hartford Police Hartford - Detectives of the Hartford Police Department's Major Crimes Division have secured an arrest warrant for Arthur Stanley charging him with criminal attempt to commit murder in connection with a June 5, 2008, shooting that occurred at 98 Enfield Street in Hartford. Stanley, 19, who is a known member of the "Wes-hell" gang, is described as a Black male, 5'9", 140 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes, has tattoos on his right arm that read "All about Money" and "Fist". His last known address is 162 Brook Street, Hartford, and is known to frequent the "Five Corners" and Blue Hills Avenue at Harold Street areas of the city. Hartford police warn anyone coming into contact with Stanley to exercise caution as he is known to carry a weapon. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Arthur Stanley is asked to contact HPD Major Crimes Division (MCD) Sergeant Brandon J.
