CALL HARTFORD CRIME STOPPERS at 860-722-TIPS (8477) NEWS RELEASE Hartford Police Make Arrest in Connection with November 11th James Street Shooting Hartford - Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a November 11th, 2008, shooting that occurred at 69-71 James Street. Samuel Quiles, DOB 10/27/1983, of 73 Silver Street, Middletown, was taken into custody this afternoon in the vicinity of Exit 24 on I-91 South.
At approximately 10:15 p.m. on November 11th, HPD patrol officers
responded to a report of shots fired on James Street. A gunshot
victim was located on the first floor landing of 69-71 James Street,
suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the right upper
thigh area.
