rights-of-way by providing safe and passable conditions at all
times.

Emergency
Services
Conditions
warranting immediate repair so as not to pose a hazard to motorists
are treated as emergencies.
Examples of this are sinkholes, larger potholes and street
flooding.

report a road emergency, call 860-757-9311. Serious road
emergencies after hours should be called into 911
