 About the Commission

Planning & Zoning and Inland Wetlands & Watercourses is a joint commission and reviews applications associated with zoning, subdivision or activities which occur within the regulated area of wetlands and watercourses.

Application Information

All applications must be submitted three weeks prior to the commissions regularly scheduled meeting in order to be received and considered.  If a public hearing is not required, the Commission may review the application at this meeting.  Depending upon the nature of the application, the commission may or may not take action to approve or deny the application at this time.  A vote may be delayed to a future meeting if the Commission requires more infomration to make its decision.  

Consult the appropriate regulation for a list of the minimum required application materials that must accompany each applicaiton form and fee(s).

We advise applicants to meet with staff prior to filing an application to help ensure all appropriate information and materials are provided.

The Commission meets the second & fourth Tuesdays of each month except April and December.

Meetings are held at 6pm at 260 Constitution Plaza, Plaza Level conference room.
