The mission of ES&T is to provide leadership for an organized effort to mitigate against, prepare for, and recover from, an emergency by conducting local and regional emergency operations planning and providing quality emergency call intake and dispatch.

Our vision is that we employ the most effective methods in providing quality emergency management and dispatch services to the residents of and visitors to the City of Hartford.
