1. MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Appointment of David B. Panagore as
the Director of Development Services.
2. MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to accept the COPS 2008
Secure Our Schools (SOS) Grant Program from the United State Department of Justice,
Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) for state of the art surveillance and
communications equipment.
3. MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to accept COPS 2008
Universal Hiring Program (UHP) Grant from the United States Department of Justice,
Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) to hire additional Police Officers.

a contract agreement with the Parkville Business Association for the maintaining and
continued regeneration of the Parkville area.
7. OPERATIONS, MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET COMMITTEE de Ordinance
appropriating $790,000 for construction of student bathrooms at Bulkeley High School and
authorizing the issuance of $190,000 Bonds of the City to meet the City's portion of said
appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for
such purpose. ($790,000).
8. OPERATIONS, MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET COMMITTEE de Ordinance amending an
ordinance making appropriations for various school projects aggregating $92,500,000 and
authorizing the issuance of $31,000,000 Bonds of the City to meet the City's portion of said
appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for
such purpose. ($92,500,000).
9. OPERATIONS, MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET COMMITTEE de Ordinance
appropriating $1,100,000 for renovations to the Bulky Waste and Recycling Transfer Center
and authorizing the issuance of $1,100,000 Bonds of the City to meet the City's portion of
said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for
such purpose. ($1,100,000).

re-codifying or otherwise amending Chapter 2, Article VII, Division 3 and 4, Article VIII, IX
