1.       Resolution de Authorization to enter into a purchase and sale agreement with Alice K's, LLC

         to purchase 322 Washington Street.

COMMUNICATIONS

2.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to approve a permanent

         monument in Bushnell Park for workers killed while on the job.

3.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to reimburse SAND

         Corporation for the 2007 Midget Football Program.

4.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to sign the agreement

         entitled Agreement between the State of Connecticut and the City of Hartford for the

         construction, inspection and maintenance of extension of Mark Twain Drive utilizing

         Federal funds from the High Priority Projects Program, State Project No. 63-630, Federal

         Aid Project Nos. H084(001).

5.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to enter into a certain

         Master Lease Agreement with GE Capital Public Finance, Inc. to make purchases for the

         Departments of Metro Hartford Information Services (MHIS), Hartford Police Department,

         and Public Works.

         funds from the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection to complete the

         Meadow Trail.

         Agreement with State for construction of multi-use trail along the south branch of the park river.

8.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to enter into an

         Agreement with State for engineering services for Coltsville Streetscape funds.

         Agreement with Ebony Horsewomen, Inc. to continue its mission to encourage and

         empower inner-City youth toward positive and successful lives through the use of horses.

         Historic Preservation Activities Grant funds from State for planning activities for the Old North
           
            Cemetery Project.

11.      LABOR AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE de Status of residency

         incentives developed by the Labor and Workforce Development Committee Residency Task

         Force.

12.      LABOR AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE de Update on the Contract

         Compliance Ordinance.

13.      EDUCATION COMMITTEE de Reports provided by Capitol Region Education Council

         (CREC), Hartford Office for Youth Services (HOYS), Hartford Public Schools (HPS) on

         supplemental Educational Services (SES) and other communications regarding Court of

         Common Council and Hartford Board of Education.

14.      HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de

         Authorization to execute and approve all contracts, subcontracts and amendments and accept

         funds from State for development and implementation of a City-wide Chronic Diseases

         Self-Management Program (CDSMP).

15.      HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de

         Authorization to apply for and receive funds from the State Childhood Lead Poisoning

         Prevention Grant for the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program.

16.      LABOR AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Allocation of funds to continue the support and advocacy on behalf of the

         City's minority workers and provide detailed report to the Office of the Human Relations

         for Minority Construction Council.

17.     EDUCATION COMMITTEE, with accompanying substitute resolution de Support for

         creating a task force to study the number of  Hartford residents applying, gaining admission,

         matriculating and finishing a degree in Higher Education Institutions.

18.      Ordinance concerning the appropriation for various public improvements aggregating funds

         and authorizing the issuance of $11,000,000 Bonds of the City to meet said appropriations

         and pending the issuance thereof temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($11,000,000).
