         substitute resolution de Authorization to execute a Reimbursement Agreement with MDC for

         pump station installation and other sewer/storm drain infrastructure improvements at Maple

         portion of said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary

         borrowings for such purpose. ($1,650,000).

13.     Report de Approval for the permanent monument commemorating worker's killed while on the

         job and to be placed in Bushnell Park.

14.     Report de Waiver of half the fees, permission to close street, serve food and use stage for

         Street between Albany Avenue and Mather Street.

15.     Ordinance repealing, re-codifying or otherwise amending Chapter 2, Article VII, Division 3

         and 4, Article VIII, IX and X, Division 1-4, as specifically set forth herein and establishing a

         new Article XII of the Hartford Municipal Code. (A COPY OF THE ORDINANCE IS ON
