COMMUNICATIONS

1.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to enter into agreement

         to settle the claims versus AON Corporation and its subsidiaries.       

2.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to execute a contract

         with the Connecticut Children's Trust Fund for grant funds to establish a Nurturing Family

         Network site.       

3.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to accept grant funds

         from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for the development of City infrastructure

necessary to plan and prepare for a potential bio-terrorism attack and execute and approve

any contracts or amendments thereof with the State.

4.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Support for Upper Albany Main Street,

         Inc.'s Application for the 2006 Great American Main Street Awards (GAMSA).

5.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to receive grant funds

         from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service (USDAFNS) via State

         for the enhancement of programs addressing the health needs of Hartford's Women, Infants

         and Children (WIC).

6.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to amend the

         Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Spanish American Merchants Association

         (SAMA) in connection with the Park Street enhancement project by allocating funds for

         services provided "as needed".

7.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Support for Connecticut Coalition for

         Justice in Education Funding (CCJEF) litigation to provide adequate and equitable school

         funding to education systems throughout the State.

8.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to acquire six (6) dump

         trucks from GE Capital Public Finance, Inc. pursuant to the Master Lease Agreement

         passed on September 12, 2005.

9.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Allocation of funds to Hartford

         Communities that Care (HCTC) for their continued engagement in youth anti-violence

         initiatives.  

10.      LABOR AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE de Discussion on request to

         grant a leave of absence to employees and to close break in service.

11.      Report and resolution de Allocation of funds to Laidlaw Transit Services, Inc. for the

         provision of a living wage to bus drivers serving the City of Hartford.

12.     PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Authorization to allow the Mayor and Corporation Counsel to prepare

         documents as they deem necessary to protect the City's interest and allow the developer to

         gain title and access to construction financing for property located at 22, 28, 32, 38, 44,

         48-50 and 54 Belden Street to Belden Street Development, LLC., which previously had a

         hearing on May 16, 2005 and May 23, 2005.  

13.     PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Granting an easement to Connecticut Light and Power Company for property

         located at 400 Wethersfield Avenue.

14.      PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE de Ordinance amending

         Chapter 2, Article IV, Sections 2-86, 2-101, 104, 106 and 108 of Code concerning

         administration.         

15.      PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute an option/purchase and sale agreement

          with Greater Grace Christian Church of Connecticut, Inc. for property located at 830 Maple

          Avenue and 144 Douglas Street.

16.       PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING COMMITTEES, with

         accompanying resolution de Approval of license agreement allowing Toraal Development,

         LLC to obtain site control on 54 Westland Street (Brackett Park) to develop ownership

         housing.      

17.       PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Approval of the redevelopment plan for the Albany Avenue/Woodland Street

         Project.  

18.     MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de

         Authorization to apply for grant funds from the State to be used in operating a Child Day

         Care Program.

19.       MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de

         Allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Village for

         Children and Families to the administration of the Violence Intervention Program.       

20.     MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de

         Allocation of Urban Development Action Grant (UDAG) repayment funds to the

         Leadership Greater Hartford - Hartford's Neighborhoods and Treasures Project.      

21.     FINANCE AND REVENUE COMMITTEE de Ordinance appropriating funds for various

         capital projects said appropriation to be met from the proceeds from the sale of the Civic

         Center Garage. ($6,000,000).

22.      LABOR AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE de Hartford anti-violence

         initiatives.

23.      HOUSING COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de Authorization for sale of

         164-166, 168-170 Hungerford Street and 159 Oak Street to Immaculate Conception Shelter

         and Housing Corporation.

24.      HOUSING COMMITTEE de Ordinance amending Chapter 9, Article I, Section 9-18 of Code

          concerning Accessibility to ownership information.  

25.      PUBLIC WORKS, PARKS AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE de Ordinance amending

         Chapter 15, Article I, Section 15-9 of Code concerning containers to be furnished by Public

         Works Department.

26.      PUBLIC WORKS, PARKS AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE de Ordinance amending

         Chapter 15, Article I, Section 15-11 of Code concerning Specification for containers.

27.      PUBLIC WORKS, PARKS AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE de Ordinance  amending
