COMMUNICATIONS

1.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Requirement for a financial impact

         statement to be included as part of any proposed resolution or ordinance that would require

         or mandate a City activity.

      

2.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to enter into a lease

         agreement with the Hartford Botanical Garden Planning Committee, Inc. for the use of City-

         owned property at 25 Stonington Street.

3.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to transfer CDBG funds

         for the 31st Program Year from the Police Department to the Hartford Collaborative for

Community Organizing Program and enter into contractual agreement with Local Initiatives

Support Corporation (LISC).

        

4.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to amend the provisions

         of the City's Deferred Compensation Plan to include a loan program.

        

5.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Allocation of Community Development

          Block Grant (CDBG) funds to hire an environmental review consultant and authorization to

          enter into agreement with L. Wagner & Associates, Inc. for environmental review

         consulting services.

         transactions associated with development of the Adriaen's Landing Project Hotel.

9.        PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Authorization for sale of City-owned property located at 472H Wethersfield

         Avenue to Modesto Bayna.

        

10.       FINANCE AND REVENUE COMMITTEE de Ordinance appropriating funds for the

financing of the Colt Gateway Project and authorizing the issuance and sale of up to

$8,000,000 special obligation bonds of the City of Hartford to meet said appropriation.

($8,000,000).

11.      HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de

         Authorization to accept and receive funds from Substance Abuse Mental Health Services

         Administration for the Metro Prevention Council.

         Authorization to execute a contract with the Connecticut Children's Trust Fund for grant

         funds to establish a Nurturing Family Network Site.
