         and X, Division 1-4, as specifically set forth herein and establishing a new Article XII of

         Code.

13.      LABOR AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, with accompanying

         resolution de Review of current civil service processes and elimination of any barriers that

         hinder employment by the Human Resources Department.

         and 4, Article VIII, IX and X, Division 1-4, as specifically set forth herein and establishing a

         new Article XII of the Hartford Municipal Code.

21.     Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article XIX, Sections 2-900 through 2-911 of Code de Code

         disclosure of financial interest; filing requirements, duty to disclose, commission created;

         memberships; terms; vacancies, convictions or pleas to criminal conduct - pension
