1.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to sign "Program

         Agreement" between State and Energy Efficiency and Climate Protection Initiative and

         enter into legal agreements for.         

2.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to enter into an

agreement with the Spanish American Merchants Association to provide coordination

services during the Park Street Streetscape Project.
   

3.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to reprogram CDBG

7.       ACTING CORPORATION COUNSEL, with two (2) accompanying resolutions from

         Mayor Perez de Settlements of Actions against the City of Hartford, as follows:  Mozell
