1.         MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to program CDBG

            funds from the Unspecified Local Option Account for the costs associated with the

            census of the homeless and to enter into agreement with the Community Renewal Team 

            for necessary services.

2.         MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to accept the Drug

            Enforcement Program Grant from State for anti-drug and anti-gang strategies.

3.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to program CDBG,

            HOME, HOPWA and ESG for Program Year 30. (Fiscal Year 2004-2005).

4.         MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to submit a

            proposal and grant application to Federal Economic Development Administration to

action to permit use of a Homestead Exemption Methodology as well as a surcharge for
          vacant parcels and elimination of the current business surcharge system.

8.        EDUCATION COMMITTEE de Presentation of strategic goals by Superintendent of
           Hartford Public Schools.

            Authorization to enter into a license agreement with the Hartford Circus Fire Memorial

            Foundation for the purpose of creating a permanent public memorial at 350 Barbour Street.
