12. Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article XIX, Sections 2-900 through 2-911 of Code de Code

of Ethics. (Generally, definitions, prohibited generally, disclosure of confidential

information, appearance and intervention, on behalf of others, violations: contracts,

disclosure of financial interest; filing requirements, duty to disclose, commission created;

memberships; terms; vacancies, revocation, pension distribution pursuant to convictions or

pleas to criminal conduct and disclosure of financial records upon indictment or probable

cause finding, arrest or conviction of criminal conduct).

15. Ordinance amending ordinances appropriating a total of $106,500,000 for Hartford Public

High School and authorizing the issuance of $105,000,000 General Obligation Bonds to

meet said appropriations. ($106,500,000).

16. Ordinance amending an ordinance appropriating $29,500,000 for Breakthrough Academy

Magnet School and authorizing the issuance of $2,950,000 Bonds of the City to meet the

City's portion of said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of

temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($29,500,000).

17. Ordinance amending an ordinance appropriating $36,450,000 for construction of Greater

Hartford Classical Magnet School and authorizing the issuance of $3,645,000 Bonds of the

City to meet the City's portion of said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the

making of temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($36,450,000).

18. Ordinance repealing, re-codifying or otherwise amending Chapter 2, Article VII, Division 3

and 4, Article VIII, IX and X, Division 1-4, as specifically set forth herein and establishing a

new Article XII of Code. (A COPY OF THE ORDINANCE IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE
