BUDGET FOR 2005-2006

          CITY CLERK de Mayor's Budget Message, recommended General Fund Budget and

         Capital Improvement Program; Ordinance de Appropriations for General Fund;

         appropriations in the Capital Improvement Fund.

        

         A public hearing has been assigned in accordance with provision of the Municipal

         CDBG administrative funds to be used to pay for Hartford's participation in the
