2.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to allocate funds

         from Unspecified Local Option funds to the Center for Urban Research/Caribbean Resource

         for Public Facility and Improvement Contraction Project.

3.         MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Delay of assessments until the

            2006 Assessment Year pursuant to Chapter 12 of the State Statutes.

4.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to apply and receive

          funds from SAMHSA for expansion of drug treatment programs and contract with St.

Francis Hospital and Medical Center and Community Health Services for drug treatment
