         reprogramed CDBG funds from the ULO Account for the Housing Preservation Loan

         Program of the Department of Development Services

enter into contract and contract amendments with State to  provide services under the
Per Capita Grant.

         St. Francis and Hartford Hospitals to support the MIOP Program on reducing the

         incidence of low birth-weight pregnancy.

         receive funds from the State for the Sexually Transmitted Diseases/Tuberculosis Control

         Program and to contract with various providers for services.

         develop asthma awareness posters, animated public service announcements and to
