1.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Recommended trash receptacle

         replacement charges.

         agreement with the Connection, Inc., and accept grant from the United States

         Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance for 2004-2005 Project Safe

         Neighborhoods Funding Program.

4.       FINANCE AND REVENUE COMMITTEE de Ordinance appropriating $38,438,000

         for the construction of an addition to and renovation of Annie Fisher Magnet School

         and authorizing the issuance of $3,850,000 bonds of the City to meet the City's portion

         of said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary

         borrowings for such purpose.

          

5.       FINANCE AND REVENUE COMMITTEE de Ordinance appropriating $4,800,000 for

         the City's share of the cost of design and construction of renovations and improvements

         to the City's Tower Brook Conduit to alleviate combined sewage overflows in the

         Tower Avenue area and authorizing the issuance of $2,500,000 bonds or notes of the

         City to meet a portion of said appropriation.

         City to meet the City's portion of said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof

         the making of temporary borrowing for such purpose.

          

8.       FINANCE AND REVENUE COMMITTEE de Ordinance appropriating a portion of the

          incremental increase in taxes and grants in-lieu-of taxes received by the City with

         respect to the University of Hartford Performing Arts Center Project to repay amounts

         advanced by Connecticut Development Authority for the construction of the project.

 

9.       HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de

         Authorization to enter into contracts with various organizations for the operation of

         the Youth Services Bureau programs.

          

10.      HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, with accompanying resolution de

         Authorization to enter into senior center contractual services agreements with various

         senior centers to provide services for the elderly residents of the City.

         execute all amendments and contracts with to administer the Home Help Program.
