APPROVE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF NOVEMBER 24, 2003, DECEMBER 8, DECEMBER 22, THE ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF JANUARY 5, 2004, THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF JANUARY 26, FEBRUARY 9, FEBRUARY 23, MARCH 8, MARCH 22, APRIL 12, APRIL 26, AND MAY 10, 2004.

COMMUNICATIONS

1.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization for Health and

Human Services Department to accept funds from the Hartford foundation for Public

Giving to re-grant monies to Summer Youth Basketball Leagues.

 

2.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to enter into a

         contractual agreement with State to participate in the Child Adult Care Food Program.

          

3.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization for Health and

Human Services Department to accept funds from the End Hunger Coalition to offer an

Arts & Crafts Project at various  summer lunch sites.

 

4.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to apply for and

receive  funds from the Federal Department of Health and Human Services under Title I

of the Ryan White CARE Act for services for persons with AIDS.

             

5.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to accept funds from

the State  to assist the City's Department of Emergency Services and Telecommunications

and coordinate the Emergency Management Program.

 

6.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to apply and receive

          funds from the Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management

         Agency and to contract with Capitol Region Council of Governments for services

         related to Regional emergency medical response.

          

7.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization for the Department

         of Public Works to enter into contract with the Lawrence Associates to provide

         architectural and engineering design services for the design of the Fire House Improvements.

         agreement with the Hartford Stage Company to defer rent payments to the City and use
