1.       MAYOR PEREZ, de Subject regarding Public Safety.

        

2.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to execute an agreement

         with Marguerite Hayward to revise all non-unit job descriptions/classifications.

        

3.       MAYOR PEREZ, with accompanying resolution de Authorization to adjust necessary

         programs and funds in the CDBG Program Year 31, Fiscal Year 2005-2006 and execute contracts.
