Councilpersons Veronica Airey-Wilson, John V. Bazzano, James M. Boucher, Elizabeth Horton Sheff and
Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr. will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers
of the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 17, 2006.

1.                   Resolution de Authorization for sale of City-owned properties located at 79 Mansfield Street,
69 Enfield Street, 437 Garden Street and 14 Elmer Street to Hartford Habitat for Humanity.

 2.                Ordinance concerning an appropriation in the Capital Improvement Fund for two LoCIP
projects. ($675,000).

3.                   Ordinance amending the Pay Plan for Non-Union employees.
 

4.                   Ordinance repealing, recodifying, or otherwise amending Chapter 2, Article VII, Divisions 3 and 4,
Articles VIII, IX and X, Divisions 1-4 and establishing a new Article XII of Code.
