at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal
Building at 7:00 P.M., Monday, October 15, 2007. 1. Ordinance concerning the appropriations for various public improvements aggregating funds and authorizing the issuance of $11,000,000 Bonds of the City to meet said appropriations and pending the issuance thereof of temporary borrowings for such purpose.
