Councilpersons Veronica Airey-Wilson, John V. Bazzano, James M. Boucher, Elizabeth Horton Sheff,
and Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr., will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council
Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 P.M., Monday, October 16, 2006.

1.       Resolution de Renaming of Vine Street as Ella L. Cromwell Boulevard.

2.           Resolution by Mayor Perez de Authorization to enter into and execute a lease for the purpose of
operating a Capital College Preparatory Inter-district Magnet School, in the property owned by
Capital Community College.

3.             Resolution by Mayor Perez de Authorization to enter into and execute a purchase and sale
 agreement for property located at 1450 Main Street with SOC Group, LLC.
