Councilpersons Elizabeth Horton Sheff, Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr., Hernan LaFontaine, Robert L. Painter and Calixto Torres will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 17, 2005.

1.      Ordinance amending Chapter 13, Article II, of Code de Authorization for the Fire Department to collect funds for hazardous material response and special rescue operations.

2.      Ordinance amending Chapter 15, Article I, Section 15-9 of Code de Containers to be furnished by Public Works Department.

3.      Ordinance amending Chapter 15, Article I, Section 15-11 of Code de Specification for containers.

4.      Resolution de Amendment of lease with Nextmedia.

5.      Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute an option/purchase and sale agreement with Hyde Road Development LLC for property located at 270 Huyshope
Avenue.
