Councilpersons Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr., Robert L. Painter, Pedro Segarra, Calixto Torres and rJo Winch
will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building
at 7:00 P.M., Monday, November 19, 2007.

 1.                  Resolution de Authorization to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Hartford Habitat for
             Humanity to purchase 138 Irving Street.

2.                  Resolution de Authorization to enter into Purchase and Sale Agreement with Habitat for Humanity to
            purchase 36 Wolcott Street.

3.                  Resolution de Granting initial approval of a disposition agreement with Consortium, LLC for 175 Lawrence
            Street in the Lawrence-Grand Project.


4.                  Resolution de Renaming of Williams Street as Maria C. Sanchez Way.

5.                  Ordinance amending an ordinance appropriating $36,815,000 for the construction of an addition to the
            renovation of Richard J. Kinsella School to become a magnet school of the arts and authorizing the issuance
            of $3,700,000 Bonds of the City to meet said appropriations and pending the issuance thereof temporary
            borrowings for such purpose. ($36,815,000).

6.                  Ordinance regarding valet parking in the City of Hartford.

7.                  Ordinance amending an ordinance appropriating $42,200,000 for the Mary M. Hooker Environmental Studies
            Magnet School and authorizing the issuance of $4,200,000 Bonds of the City to meet said appropriations and
            pending the issuance thereof of temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($42,200,000).


8.                  Ordinance making appropriations for various public improvements aggregating  $4,000,000 and authorizing
            the issuance of $4,000,000 Bonds of the City to meet said appropriations and pending the issuance thereof
            of temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($4,000,000).

9.                  Ordinance concerning Chapter 36, Sections 36-1 through 36-10 of Code de Public Art.
