held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 P.M., Monday,

Resolution de Authorization for State Administrative Agency (SAA) to act
as the agent of the City and enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the
Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security (DEMHS) to retain and
administer grant funds.
2. Resolution de Granting final approval of disposition agreement with Immanuel Hudson House, Inc. for 363-367 Hudson Street Project and a portion of 36 Wadsworth Street in the Main-John-Hudson Street Project.

located at 410 Barbour Street to Hartford Neighborhood Centers, Inc.

Ordinance concerning a supplemental appropriation in the Capital
Improvement Fund for

Ordinance amending existing ordinances appropriating funds for Hartford
Public High School and authorizing the issuance of $1,500,000 General Obligation
Bonds to meet said appropriations. ($1,500,000).

amending Chapter 32, Article II, of Code de Assessments for improvements.

Ordinance
de Hiring practices in the construction trades.
