- Resolution de
Approval of license agreement allowing Toraal Development LLC to obtain site
control of 54 Westland
Street (Brackett Park) to develop ownership housing.
- Resolution de Approval of the Redevelopment
Plan for the Albany Avenue/Woodland Street Project.
- Ordinance amending Chapter 9, Article I,
Section 9-18 of Code de Accessibility to ownership information.
- Ordinance appropriating funds for various
capital projects said appropriation to be met from the proceeds from the
sale
of the Civic Center Garage. ($6,000,000).
- Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article IV,
Sections 2-86, 2-101, 104, 106 and 108 of Code de Administration.
- Ordinance appropriating funds for the financing
and the Colt Gateway Project and authorizing the issuance and
sale of up to $8,000,000 special obligation bonds of the City of Hartford to
meet said appropriation. ($8,000,000).
- Ordinance
appropriating Capital Improvement Funds for five LoCIP Projects.
($1,566,000).
