1. Resolution de Granting an easement to Connecticut Light and Power Company for property located at 400
   Wethersfield Avenue.
   
2. Resolution de Authorization for sale of City-owned property located at 164-166 Hungerford Street, 168-170
   Hungerford Street and 159 Oak Street to Immaculate Conception Shelter and Housing Corporation.
   
3. Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute an option/purchase and sale agreement with Greater Grace
   Christian Church of Connecticut, Inc. for property located at 830 Maple Avenue and 144 Douglas Street.
   
4. Resolution de Authorization for sale of City-owned property located at 472H Wethersfield Avenue to Modesto Bayna.
   
5. Resolution de Approval of license agreement allowing Toraal Development LLC to obtain site control of 54 Westland
   Street (Brackett Park) to develop ownership housing.
   
6. Resolution de Approval of the Redevelopment Plan for the Albany Avenue/Woodland Street Project.
   
7. Ordinance amending Chapter 9, Article I, Section 9-18 of Code de Accessibility to ownership information.
   
8. Ordinance appropriating funds for various capital projects said appropriation to be met from the proceeds from the sale
   of the Civic Center Garage. ($6,000,000).
   
9. Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article IV, Sections 2-86, 2-101, 104, 106 and 108 of Code de Administration.

10. Ordinance appropriating funds for the financing and the Colt Gateway Project and authorizing the issuance and
    sale of up to $8,000,000 special obligation bonds of the City of Hartford to meet said appropriation. ($8,000,000).
    
11. Ordinance appropriating Capital Improvement Funds for five LoCIP Projects. ($1,566,000).

12.     Ordinance amending Chapter 15, Article I, Sections 15-3 and 15-25 of Code de Garbage, Refuse and Weeds.

13.     Ordinance amending Chapter 26, Article I, Section 26-8 of Code de Cemetery grave opening in City cemeteries
         shall be as follows.
