OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT
Councilpersons Luis E. Cotto, Larry Deutsch, Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr., Matthew D. Ritter and Pedro E. Segarra will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 P.M., Monday, December 15, 2008.
1. Ordinance appropriating $54,400,000 for the planning, acquisition and construction of renovations and improvements to MD Fox Elementary School and authorizing the issuance of $13,400,000 Bonds of the City to meet the City’s share of project costs and pending the issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($54,400,000).
2. Ordinance amending Chapter 32, Article I, of Code de Taxation and Assessments for Improvements. (Tax relief for surviving spouses of Police Officers and Firefighters).
