Councilpersons Hernan LaFontaine, Robert L. Painter, Calixto Torres, rJo Winch and Veronica Airey-Wilson
will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at
7:00 p.m., Monday, December 19, 2005.

1.                   Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute a purchase and sale agreement with FullSpectrum
for property located at 95-101 Pearl Street.

2.                   Resolution de Authorization to enter into a lease agreement with the Hartford Botanical Garden Planning
Committee, Inc. for the use of City-owned property located at 25 Stonington Street.

3.                   Ordinance concerning a supplemental appropriation in the General Fund for Fiscal Year 2004-2005.
($1,371,741).

4.                   Ordinance amending Chapter 32, Article I, Section 32-18 (a) (4) and (j) of Code de Tax Relief for the
Elderly.
