de Granting initial approval of a Disposition Agreement with Providian
Builders for 37 and 41-45 Chestnut Street and a portion of 70 Edwards Street
in the Chestnut Edwards Street Project.
- Resolution
de Authorization to convey land and appurtenances to the Principals for
property located at 1291 Albany Avenue.
- Ordinance
amending the Pay Plan for non-union employees de Administrative Series.
- Ordinance
concerning an appropriation in the Capital Project Fund for various capital
projects. ($5,106,277).
- Ordinance
concerning an appropriation for roof replacement at the Department of Public
Works facilities building and authorization and temporary borrowing of said
bonds. ($90,000).
- Ordinance
concerning an appropriation for parking facility projects of the Hartford
Parking Authority and authorization and temporary borrowing of said bonds.
($15,000,000).
- Ordinance
concerning an appropriation for roof replacement at the Department of Public
Works vehicle maintenance building and authorization and temporary borrowing
of said bonds. ($235,000).
- Ordinance
authorizing the issuance and sale of general obligation refunding bonds and
delivery of indenture, credit facility, remarketing agreement, interest rate
swap agreement and related documents. ($40,000,000).
