 Councilpersons Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr., Hernan LaFontaine, Robert L. Painter, Calixto Torres and rJo Winch will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 22, 2004.

1.             Resolution de Authorization to execute an option/purchase and sale agreement with T-M Associates for property located at 290-294 Huyshope Avenue.

2.             Resolution de Approval of sale of City-owned vacant lot located at 191-193 Sigourney Street to Samuel Hecht. 

3.             Resolution de Authorization to purchase and enter into and execute a sale agreement with Hyde Road Development LLC for property located at 270 Huyshope Avenue.  

4.             Ordinance concerning a supplemental appropriation in the Hartford Parks Trust Fund to be used with funds previously allocated for Master Plan improvements of Pope Park Phase I and II. 

5.             Ordinance amending Chapter 10 of Code de Parking Authority. 

6.             Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article IV, Section 2-105 de Metro Hartford Information Services.
