Councilpersons Luis E. Cotto, Larry Deutsch, Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr., Matthew D. Ritter and Pedro Segarra will represent

the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 P.M., Monday,
March 17, 2008.

1.                  Resolution de Authorization to enter in contract with GE Capital Public Finance, Inc. for purchase of vehicles and other
equipment pursuant to the master lease agreement.

 

2.                  Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute a lease agreement with 777 Main Street LLC for use of the premises
at 777 Main Street.

3.                  Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute a lease agreement with Rebuilding Together Hartford, Inc. (RTH)
for sublease of the premises at 250 Constitution Plaza.

4.                  Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute an amendment to lease with Hartford Stage Company, Inc.
(HSC) for certain air space above the south central portion of a certain piece or parcel of land located on Church
Street and adjacent to the MAT Garage.

5.                  Resolution de Authorization to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Rego Realty Corporation for
property located at 990 Wethersfield Avenue.

 

6.                  Ordinance concerning the issuance and sale of General Obligation Bonds of the City.

 

7.                  Ordinance amending Chapter 9, Article V, Section 9-91 of Code de Anti-blight Program.

 

8.                  Ordinance concerning a supplemental appropriation in the General Fund for Fiscal Year 2007-2008, 2^nd Quarter.
