Councilpersons James M. Boucher, Elizabeth Horton Sheff, Kenneth H. Kennedy, Jr., Hernan LaFontaine and Robert L. Painter will represent the Council at a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m., Monday, March 20, 2006.  

1.                   Resolution de Authorization to enter into and execute a lease agreement with Knox Parks Foundation for the use of City-owned property located at 75 Laurel Street.
 

2.         Resolution de Authorization to the Chairman of the Greater Hartford Flood Commission to execute a lease for property located at 376-402 Capitol Avenue to Capitol Avenue Tarragon, LLC.
