Habitat for Humanity.

Resolution de Authorization to purchase from Connecticut National
Properties, LLC the property located at 269-273 High Street.

Resolution
de Authorization to purchase from Haupt Holdings, LLC the property located at
263-265 High Street.

Ordinance
appropriating $1,300,000 for renovations and improvements to the South End
Senior Center and Police Substation on Maple Avenue and authorizing the issuance
of $1,300,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriation and pending the
issuance thereof the making of temporary borrowings for such purpose.
($1,300,000).

appropriating $450,000 for renovations and improvements to the Board of
Education leased facility
at 875 Asylum Avenue and authorization to issue bonds of
the
City to meet said appropriation and pending the issuance thereof the making of
temporary borrowings for such purpose. ($450,000).

appropriating $2,000,000 for renovations and improvements to the Jennings Road
Police Facility and Police Substations and authorizing the issuance of
$2,000,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriation and pending the issuance

establishing the Ridgefield Street Historic District.

providing for increase in compensation for Town and City Clerk.

establishing a Youth Services Director in the Executive Classification
and Compensation Plan.
